Job Summary And Qualifications You will be responsible for supervising all patient food service activities, including patient tray line, diet office, floor stock, and reprocessing operations. You will maintain and improve standards of food service. You will assist in maintaining and improving patient food service procedures. You will ensure that department areas, equipment and machinery are set-up to work at appropriate levels. You will evaluate patient menu selections and makes adjustments with diet order guidelines and patient preferences. You will inspect trays for 100% accuracy on tray line.
