About the Opportunity Our client is a rapidly growing B2B SaaS organization with strong market momentum, established product-market fit, and a scalable go-to-market strategy. As the company continues to expand its mid-market customer base, they are seeking a high-performing Mid-Market Account Executive to drive new business acquisition and contribute to the growth of a high-performing sales organization. This is an opportunity to join a fast-growing company, work directly with revenue leadership, and play a key role in scaling a proven sales motion. What You'll Do Own and exceed quota across the full sales cycle, from prospecting through closed-won business. Execute a disciplined inbound and outbound sales motion to generate and close new opportunities. Build relationships across multiple stakeholders and develop internal champions within target accounts. Deliver value-based product demonstrations that align customer challenges with measurable business outcomes. Maintain strong pipeline coverage and accurate CRM management. Utilize structured sales methodologies, including MEDDIC and MEDDPICC, to manage opportunities and forecasting. Partner closely with Sales Development, Sales Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to create a seamless customer experience. Contribute to the ongoing development and refinement of sales processes and best practices. What You Bring 3–5+ years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience. Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding quota. Experience selling into mid-market organizations. Strong understanding of modern sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, MEDDPICC, Challenger, SPIN, or Sandler. Experience using CRM, sales engagement, and prospecting platforms. Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Coachable, competitive, customer-focused, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work on-site in San Francisco, California. Compensation & Benefits On-Target Earnings (OTE): $160,000–$200,000 (50/50 base and variable compensation structure).
