Assistant Project Manager - Commercial Construction

- Reputable GC with long term growth and consistent pipeline

- Support Project Managers in overseeing projects from preconstruction through close-out
- Assist with budgeting, cost tracking, and document control
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams
- Help manage project schedules and ensure timely delivery
- Review drawings, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
- Maintain clear project documentation and reporting
- Assist with client communication and stakeholder coordination
The Successful Applicant
- 2-5 years of experience in construction project engineering or #APM roles
- Background in Commercial, LightIndustrial, OR Multifamily construction
- Stable work history (good tenure) is strongly preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, or similar tools is a plus
