100% outpatient orthopedics.
11 patients/day.

What Makes This Different
- Pure ortho caseload: musculoskeletal, sports medicine, post-surgical (~50/50 surgical/non-surgical, ankle to neck)
- 11 patients/day: 40-minute slots, no double-billing. Quality is bonused, not volume.
- Surgeon-side learning: subspecialty-trained surgeons next door; EMR shows imaging, surgical photos, and full op notes
- World-class CE in-house: recent guest instructors include Kevin Wilk and Christopher Powers
- Active OCS, CHT, and fellowship pipeline
Education & Growth (~$2,500+ Annual Value)
- $2,000/year CEU allowance
- MedBridge included — full HEP library + OCS prep program
- 5 paid training days separate from PTO
- Annual in-house masterclass
- Monthly internal CE rounds
Schedule
- Monday–Friday, 4 10s or 5 8s
- Early/late team rotation (~7:20–4:20 or ~8:20–5:20)
- Friday early-out around 4:00 PM
- No weekends. No call. No SNF. No home health.
Compensation & Benefits
- New grads $80K | Experienced $83K–$95K+ | OCS/Fellowship above range
- Sign-on bonus up to $5,000 + relocation up to $5,000
- Quarterly performance bonus up to $1,000 (quality-based, not volume)
- 401(k): ~4.5% employer-funded annually — even if you don't contribute
- Accrued PTO + 8 holidays + 5 separate CE days
- Full medical, dental, vision
Requirements
- DPT, MPT, or BSPT from an accredited program
- Georgia PT license or eligibility (contingent offers and rehab-aide bridge available for new grads)
- CPR current
- Genuine commitment to outpatient orthopedics
New grads, experienced PTs, and relocation candidates all encouraged to apply.
