Do you enjoy turning mechanical know-how into reliable results? At our Hatboro, PA corrugated facility, we’re looking for a Corrugator and Finishing Machinery Operator to power our 2nd or 3rd shift production. Your expertise helps transform raw materials into strong, consistent boxes.

A rush order drops. You set up the line quickly, verify specs, and bring the machine up to speed without sacrificing quality. You spot a potential issue, perform a routine check, and keep the run on target. You note the metrics, alert your supervisor to a variance, and share a setup tip with a new teammate. Another successful shift.

What You’ll Do

• Operate and monitor multiple machines producing corrugated boxes.
• Set up equipment accurately and keep it running efficiently to hit production goals.
• Conduct routine inspections and basic maintenance to prevent downtime.
• Follow all safety protocols and keep the work area clean and organized.
• Work with your team to troubleshoot problems and improve processes.
• Document production data and report any discrepancies to supervisors.
• Help train new operators on safe, effective machine operation.

What You’ll Need

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical manufacturing coursework is a plus.
• Prior machine operation or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Solid mechanical aptitude and a knack for problem-solving.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality.
• Clear communicator who works well within a team.
• Willingness to work 2nd or 3rd shift and take overtime as required.
