Job Description Job Title: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Pay Rate: $40-$55 (Based on Experience) Schedule: Full-Time Days: 5 Days Per Week Start Date: 2026–2027 School Year End Date: End of the 2026–2027 School Year Work Setting: Onsite Position Overview ProCare Therapy is seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive school team for the 2026–2027 school year. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist who is passionate about helping secondary students strengthen their communication skills while collaborating with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams in a supportive school environment. Responsibilities Provide speech and language evaluations, assessments, and therapy services for students Manage a caseload of approximately 65 students Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with students' IEP goals Maintain accurate documentation, therapy notes, and progress reports Collaborate with teachers, administrators, parents, and related service providers to support student success Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Perform all duties expected of a school-based Speech-Language Pathologist.
