Job Role

• Craft Custom Treatment Plans: Assess patients' unique needs and design tailored therapy strategies to support their personal goals
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply evidence-based approaches to optimize patients' physical abilities, cognitive functions, and daily activities
• Engage with Interdisciplinary Teams: Work collaboratively with OTs, PTs, STs, medical professionals, and nursing staff to deliver comprehensive care
• Teach Patients and Caregivers: Provide expert instruction to patients and their families, empowering them with knowledge to maintain progress at home
• Monitor and Log Progress: Systematically evaluate clinical results and modify treatment plans to ensure patients achieve desired outcomes

Education Requirements

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
• Ongoing education or additional certifications encouraged and generously supported

Licensure Qualifications

• Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT certification is mandatory
