Desktop Support

Position Desktop Support – Frisco, TX (Onsite) Responsibilities Provide customer service, consulting, and training to users. Troubleshoot and repair desktop and laptop hardware in the field. Understand basic networks, Intel servers, and telecom systems. Perform break/fix for desktops, workstations, notebooks, and Dell tablets. Use Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) effectively. Diagnose and resolve issues in Microsoft Windows and macOS (Big Sur and above). Apply problem‑solving and critical‑thinking skills to complex issues. Communicate clearly in writing and verbally. Work independently with minimal supervision, manage time efficiently, and maintain a detail‑oriented and process‑oriented mindset. Walk long distances across large facilities. Pass a background security check. Hold a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Qualifications Professional demeanor with strong customer service, consulting, and training skills. Experience troubleshooting and repairing desktop and laptop hardware. Basic understanding of networks, Intel servers, and telecom systems. Strong break/fix skills for desktops, workstations, notebooks, and Dell tablets. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Strong Microsoft Windows and macOS troubleshooting skills. Excellent problem‑solving and critical‑thinking abilities. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Self‑motivated with ability to work independently and with minimal supervision. Excellent time management skills. Detail‑ and process‑oriented mindset. Preferred Experience Experience with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow, Smart IT, or IT Connect. Prior experience supporting executive‑level users. Certifications CompTIA A+ or equivalent. Microsoft MCSA (Windows 7, 8, or 10). Networking certifications (CCNA or CCNP). Experience with remote PC control and video conferencing tools. SCCM experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr
