ACCOUNTING CLERK WITH QUICKBOOKS

Location:  Central San Diego

Length of Assignment:  Possible Temp to Hire Opportunity

Responsibilities Include:

• Record day to day financial transactions and complete the posting process within QuickBooks
• Accurately record all day-to-day financial transactions of our company
• Enter data and maintain records
• Process accounts receivable/payable
• QuickBooks cleanup efforts
• Bank deposits
• Reconciling accounts
• Answering Phones as needed

Requirements Include:

• Proven QuickBooks experience
• Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable/receivable principles
• Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures
