Support students and educators in a dynamic school environment near Philadelphia, PA as a contract paraprofessional. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist lead teachers in delivering lessons and classroom activities
- Provide one-on-one or small group support to students who need additional help
- Foster a safe, welcoming, and engaging classroom climate
- Help implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) as directed
- Assist with classroom management, organization, and daily routines
- Encourage positive behavior and contribute to a respectful learning space
- Collaborate with teachers and school staff to address students’ academic, social, and emotional needs
