With a commitment to operational excellence and innovation, they offer a collaborative work culture and opportunities for growth.Position Overview for Accounts Payable Specialist:As the Accounts Payable Specialist, you’ll be responsible for processing vendor invoices, reconciling accounts, and ensuring timely payments—all while leveraging your expertise in Sage 300 to streamline workflows and maintain accuracy.Key Responsibilities for the Accounts Payable Specialist:Process and verify invoices, expense reports, and payment requestsMatch purchase orders with invoices and resolve discrepanciesMaintain vendor records and respond to inquiriesPrepare and execute weekly check runs and electronic paymentsReconcile AP ledger accounts and assist with month-end closeUtilize Sage 300 for data entry, reporting, and system maintenanceQualifications for the Accounts Payable Specialist:2+ years of experience in Accounts Payable, preferably in a manufacturing environmentProficiency in Sage 300 ERP is requiredStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and meet deadlinesExcellent communication and problem-solving abilities
