Neonatologist – Medical Director Opportunity (Virginia)\n

• Seeking Board-Certified Neonatologist (MD/DO)

• NICU Level: IIIB (60 beds)

• Annual Admissions: ~625
\n
• Advanced Therapies: \n

  • High-frequency ventilation
  \n
  • Nitric oxide therapy
  \n
\n
• Work with multidisciplinary pediatric subspecialists including maternal-fetal medicine & pediatric surgery
\n

• Serve as Practice Medical Director overseeing clinical operations & provider performance
\n
• Lead quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
\n
• Drive program development and clinical innovation
\n
• Collaborate with hospital leadership & academic partners
\n
• Teaching Responsibilities: \n

  • Medical students
  \n
  • Pediatric & family medicine residents
  \n
\n
• Participate in Grand Rounds, simulation boot camps, and education programs
\n
• Mentor residents in research and QI projects
\n
• Support scholarly and academic growth initiatives
\n

• Board Certification: Neonatology – Required ( BE not accepted )
\n
• Degree: MD or DO
\n
