You will be responsible for driving the development and execution of strategic partnerships, identifying new market opportunities, and building robust marketing strategies to increase overall profitability and success. Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic partnership initiatives to enhance market penetration and business growth. Identify and pursue new market opportunities to drive business expansion. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute effective marketing campaigns. Manage paid media strategies to optimize brand visibility and customer engagement. Leverage your knowledge of the propane industry to drive innovative marketing strategies. Manage and strengthen relationships with key accounts while identifying potential new clients. Oversee the planning and execution of corporate events to promote brand awareness and foster business partnerships. Drive sales growth through effective lead generation and conversion strategies. Participate in continuing education programs to stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements. Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to inform strategic decisions. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, sales, or business development roles. Proven experience in account management, paid media, and event planning. Solid understanding of the propane industry. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Self-motivated, with a strong drive for results. Excellent project management and organizational skills. Proficiency in using marketing software and digital tools. Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
