The Dealer Account Manager is responsible for fostering strong relationships with dealership partners, ensuring their needs are met, and driving sales growth. This role involves a combination of strategic planning and hands-on management to maximize dealership performance and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Manage relationships with assigned dealer accounts to achieve sales targets.
Provide training and support to dealers on product offerings and sales techniques.
Analyze dealer performance metrics and develop strategies for improvement.
Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials tailored for dealers.
Conduct regular visits to dealerships to strengthen partnerships and identify opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in account management or sales.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions.
