Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid California SLP licensure
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Recent experience working with childhood populations, preferably elementary students
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership abilities
• Commitment to ethical and evidence-based interventions

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and consultative speech-language pathology services to elementary-age students as assigned
• Develop and implement IEP goals aligned with best practices and student needs
• Conduct assessments, progress monitoring, and documentation within required timelines
• Provide supervision and mentorship to one SLPA, with possible expansion of supervisory duties as needs evolve
• Collaborate actively with school teams, teachers, families, and related service providers
