Join a leading medical device team and play a key role in building life-saving products in a clean, high-tech environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Assemble small, high-precision medical devices (catheters) under a microscope

• Work with PCBA components, sub-assemblies, and small hand tools

• Perform visual inspections to ensure quality and accuracy

• Support R&D builds including braiding, bonding, reflow, and liner work

• Complete documentation and assist with final packaging

What We’re Looking For:

• 2–3+ years of medical device or catheter assembly experience

• Comfortable working under a microscope for extended periods

• Experience in cleanroom, inspection, and small-part assembly

• Ability to read blueprints and follow detailed processes

• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet production goals

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Brooklyn Park, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $24.00/hr.
