Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients’ mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans that align with their individual goals.

• Engage in various therapeutic modalities, providing high-quality therapy sessions in an appropriate setting including individual, couples, family, and group formats.

• Continuously monitor and evaluate clients’ progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Facilitate parent support groups, creating supportive therapeutic environments, and focusing on issues related to placement and adoption, particularly with children impacted by prenatal substance exposure.

• Collaborate with other professionals for in-house referrals and additional treatment needs, ensuring comprehensive care for clients.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation of therapy sessions in accordance with ethical guidelines and organizational policies.

Qualifications\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually.
