Receptionist

Description of Position:Provide non-medical client services including cashiering, scheduling, clerical/reception duties, and client triage for addiction and mental health services. Deliver strong customer service by greeting and assisting clients and visitors. Occasional light physical effort is required, including lifting up to 10 lbs., and rarely up to 25 lbs. The role requires frequent use of hands and arms for reaching and computer work. May require occasional driving.High school diploma or equivalent.Strong interpersonal skills.Ability to communicate with a diverse group of clientele.Ability to type 45 –50 words per minute.Working knowledge of computer applications and electronic files.Possesses a valid South Dakota driver’s license and has a safe driving record.The Board of Directors of the Human Service Agency shall have the prerogative to hire staff whose qualifications may vary from the above.
