The Client Account Specialist at our sign company plays a pivotal role in managing and nurturing relationships with both individual and corporate clients. This position involves overseeing a manageable portfolio of fewer than 50 accounts, ensuring accuracy and quality in order processing, and providing exceptional customer support. The ideal candidate will be familiar with proprietary software as well as tools like Corebridge and Asana, and will occasionally travel for client meetings or site visits to better understand sign materials and industry practices.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clear and timely communication with clients to address needs and inquiries
• Manage client accounts, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date records
• Process orders efficiently using proprietary software and industry tools
• Resolve issues and discrepancies promptly to maintain client satisfaction
• Provide ongoing customer support and follow-up to ensure quality assurance
• Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate account activities and deliverables
• Learn and apply knowledge of materials used in sign orders and related products
• Travel occasionally for client meetings and site visits as needed
