Job Description\n Med Ninjas is seeking a Nurse Practitioner Urgent Care for a per diem / prn job in Richmond, Virginia.Job Description & Requirements\n \n Specialty: Urgent Care\n Discipline: Nurse Practitioner\n Duration: Ongoing\n Shift: 12 hours, days, rotating\n Employment Type: Per Diem\n \n \n \n Start: ASAP after credentialing | 3 days/week\n Schedule: 12+ hour shifts, clinics open 8 AM–8 PM, 7 days/week\n Call: None\n Setting: 100% outpatient urgent care\n Providers Needed: 3\n Volume: ~25–50 patients/day, increasing during flu season\n EMR: Epic\n Patient Population: Birth to death\n Duties: Laceration repair, I&D, foreign body removal, splinting/casting, joint reductions, burns, X-ray/EKG interpretation, POC testing, epistaxis and cerumen management, nebulizer treatments/emergency stabilization\n Requirements: Board Certified, active VA license, BLS, DEA, and 1+ year ED/ER, primary care, or urgent care experience\n \n About Med Ninjas\n \n At Med Ninjas, we make travel healthcare simple, so you can focus on what matters: caring for patients.
