We are seeking a Project Manager to become an integral part of our growing team! As the Project Manager, you will lead cross-functional initiatives that support systems integration, operational efficiency, and scalable growth. This role is responsible for managing projects end-to-end, ensuring alignment across stakeholders, and delivering initiatives with discipline, clarity, and measurable impact.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Lead full project lifecycle across multiple initiatives, including planning, execution, testing, deployment, and post-implementation stabilization.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across IT, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Sales, HR, R&D, and Quality to ensure clear ownership, accountability, and timely delivery.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, risks, issues, and status reporting to maintain visibility and control.
• Translate business needs into structured requirements and coordinate execution with internal teams and external vendors.
• Ensure readiness for go-live through effective coordination of testing, validation, and stakeholder sign-off.
• Proactively identify risks and dependencies, driving resolution and escalation as needed.
• Provide concise and consistent communication to leadership on project status, priorities, and key decisions.
• Support prioritization and sequencing of initiatives based on business impact and capacity.
• Utilize project management tools (e.g., Monday.com) to track progress, maintain data integrity, and ensure visibility across all active work.
• Maintain data integrity and system hygiene across all project tracking platforms.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes, tools, and governance standards.
• Other duties as deemed necessary by management.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, Management, or a related field (master's preferred).
• 3-5+ years of project management experience in a cross-functional environment.
• PMP certification or actively pursuing certification preferred.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and system dependencies.
• Has managed or led a large-scale implementation such as an ERP, CRM or System Integration Implementation.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Monday.com or similar platforms.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Collaborative mindset with a focus on results and accountability.
• Motivated to continuously improve processes and team performance.
• Ability to operate independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
