Job Description
The position requires an individual with strong interpersonal skills, comprehensive computer proficiency, and the ability to multitask. The job involves meeting clients, answering phones, relaying messages and emails, and organizing electronic filing. A primary responsibility will be inputting information into Google Calendar. The candidate should have extensive knowledge of all Google applications, including Calendar and Drive. Additionally, the candidate should dress well and be prepared to move around the office, as the position requires high energy. A strong understanding of computer skills is essential, and learning to e-file is a must. If there is any experience in probate law and land law for preparation of deeds and deadlines on probate cases this skill would be highly observed.

1. Google Drive folders
2. Converting and editing PDF
3. Letter writing skills
4. Special skill in e-filing documents with the Clerk of the Court
5. Keeping good records of new clients with follow-up skills
6. Good phone skills in dealing with multiple types of clients essential to new clients.
7. Experience in dealing with legal professionals.
8. Need real references of people you have worked for and how long.
9. Confidentiality of client information
10. Preparing files and filing files on a daily basis
11. Office with walk-ins and need to set appointments
12. Willing to work after hours if required and willing to come in one weekend day a month.
