This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, working with people, and wants to grow into an operations leader. You’ll partner with engineering, quality, operations, facilities, and supply chain while learning how world-class aerospace products are built. You’ll have the opportunity to: Lead and support a team of manufacturing employees (10-15 people) Learn how to manage production schedules and meet customer commitments Develop your leadership style through coaching and mentoring employees Work alongside engineering and quality teams to solve real manufacturing challengesUse Lean Manufacturing tools and participate in Kaizen events Drive continuous improvement projects that improve safety, quality, and efficiency Learn how aerospace products move from raw material to finished product Build experience making staffing, scheduling, and operational decisions Career Development: At Crane, we invest in developing future leaders. Experiences could be related to an internship, co‑op, campus leadership, athletics, military service, retail, food service, or other leadership experience. Knowledge: Intermediate skill level with MS Office. Skills, Abilities: Strong communication (written and verbal) with all levels of business; ability to present to groups both small and large, effective problem‑solving skills; desire to learn and grow as a leader; positive attitude and willingness to work in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. Eligibility Requirement: This position may require access to Controlled Data or Information. Where the position requires such access only US Persons will be considered. Salary Range: $87,765 - $111,264 Annual USD Several factors contribute to actual salary, including experience in a similar role or performing comparable job responsibilities, skills, training, and other qualifications.
