Preconstruction Manager – Commercial Construction Location: Charlotte, NC Salary: $140,000 - $170,000 base Join a well-established, family-owned General Contractor with an outstanding reputation and ambitious plans for the future. With a goal of doubling the size of the business over the next 3-5 years, this is an excellent opportunity to join a company where you'll play a key role in shaping that growth. The successful candidate will lead an established team of four Estimators, working closely with senior leadership and taking part in executive meetings, providing strategic input as the business continues to expand. The company delivers projects ranging from $500K-$70M across a diverse portfolio including commercial, industrial, healthcare, public, office and retail sectors. Projects are delivered through a variety of procurement methods including Design-Build, CMAR, negotiated and hard bid, so experience across multiple delivery methods is highly desirable. Salary & Benefits
- 140,000-$170,000 base salary
- 500/month vehicle allowance
