Partner with clients and internal teams to gather, analyze, document, and validate business and system requirements. Support the design, testing, implementation, and enhancement of technology solutions that meet business needs. Assist in evaluating and improving business processes, workflows, and user experiences. Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to translate requirements into actionable solutions. Contribute to requirements management, change management, feasibility assessments, and other phases of the project lifecycle. Research issues, identify opportunities, and recommend solutions that drive business and operational outcomes.ole What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, a related field, or equivalent experience. 2+ years of experience in business analysis, testing, or a related discipline. Ability to collaborate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders. Knowledge of business process analysis, process improvement, and systems solutions. Familiarity with technology and software development concepts. Healthcare industry experience, preferably Medicaid and/or Medicare, preferred. Key Skills & Competencies Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business software applications. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills. Effective verbal, written, and presentation communication skills. Ability to build collaborative relationships with team members, stakeholders, and customers. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team setting. What you should expect in this role

Hybrid - Office in Tucker, GA Must reside within 1 hour or less commuting distance to Tucker, GA. as required for occasional onsite. Video cameras must be used during all interviews, as well as during the initial week of orientation.
