Job Title: Salesforce & Marketing Cloud Administrator
Location: Boston, MA (Hybrid 3 Days Onsite)
Duration: 6-Month Contract | Potential Temp-to-Perm
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce & Marketing Cloud Administrator to administer and support Salesforce CRM and Salesforce Marketing Cloud environments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Email Studio , along with strong skills in Salesforce administration, marketing automation, data management, reporting, and end-user support.
Key Responsibilities- Administer and maintain Salesforce CRM and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Build and manage automated marketing campaigns and customer journeys.
- Manage user profiles, roles, permissions, sharing rules, and queues.
- Support Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Email Studio activities.
- Gather business requirements and recommend system and process improvements.
- Maintain data integrity through audits, data imports, deduplication, and quality assurance.
- Create reports, dashboards, and campaign performance metrics.
- Provide end-user support, troubleshooting, and user training.
- Assist with system testing, release management, and new feature evaluations.
- Document processes, procedures, and best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- 3 5+ years of Salesforce CRM Administration experience.
- 3 5+ years of Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience.
- Hands-on experience with Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Email Studio .
- Experience with marketing automation, reporting, data management, and campaign analytics.
- Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification.
- Marketing Cloud Administrator Certification.
- Experience in Higher Education, Nonprofit, Fundraising, or Advancement environments.
