Finance and Accounting Recruiter

Our client is seeking an experienced Finance and Accounting Recruiter to join their team in Tempe, AZ. This hybrid opportunity offers $40/hr and is a contract to hire. The ideal candidate will have experience managing full-cycle recruiting for finance and accounting positions, partnering closely with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies, and sourcing, screening, and interviewing top talent within a fast-paced corporate environment. Responsibilities: Sourced and screened qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals. Coordinated interviews and communicated with candidates throughout the hiring process. Partnered with hiring managers to fill accounting and finance positions quickly and efficiently. Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process Manage multiple requisitions in a fast‑paced corporate environment Required: Experience recruiting for accounting and finance positions Previous recruiting experience in a corporate environment Strong sourcing, screening, and interviewing skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
