Sales and Business Development Representative (Entry Level)

Location: Phoenix, AZ
Job Type: Full-Time | In-Person
Pay: Base pay or commission, whichever is greater, with uncapped earning potential. First-year representatives typically earn between $1,000–$1,300 per week.

As a Sales and Business Development Representative, you'll work directly with local businesses, representing one of our leading telecommunications clients. You'll focus on developing customer relationships, increasing brand awareness, and helping businesses find products and services that fit their needs.

What You'll Do:

• Connect with local business owners and decision-makers through face-to-face sales.
• Build relationships with new and existing customers.
• Introduce telecommunications products and services to potential clients.
• Identify new business opportunities and work toward sales goals.
• Participate in ongoing sales, business development, and leadership training.
