Fort Collins Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram is seeking an experienced Automotive Dealer Office Manager to join our team in Fort Collins, CO. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our dealership office, supporting both sales and service departments to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations, including administrative support, scheduling, and correspondence
- Manage dealership records, reports, and compliance documentation accurately and timely
- Coordinate with sales, service, and finance departments to streamline workflow and enhance customer satisfaction
- Supervise and support office staff, providing training and performance feedback
- Maintain and update dealership databases and inventory records
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve office-related issues promptly
Requirements
- Proven experience in office management, preferably within the automotive dealership industry
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with office software and dealership management systems
- CDK user experience a must
- Ability to lead a team and work collaboratively across departments
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy
