Job Title: B2B Sales Representative
Location: Kansas City, MO
Job Type : Full-Time | In-Person | Client-Facing
About the Role
MCL Talent Partners is sourcing candidates for a premier national client expanding across the Kansas City metro. This is a business-to-business sales position focused on building relationships with local business owners and decision-makers, conducting benefit consultations, and supporting ongoing client accounts.
Great fit for people pivoting out of retail management, hospitality, shift supervision, warehouse leadership, or customer service. No prior experience required.
Daily Responsibilities
- Build relationships with local business owners and decision-makers
- Develop new business accounts throughout the Kansas City metro
- Conduct face-to-face business appointments and benefit consultations
- Present voluntary employee benefit options to employers and employees
- Provide ongoing follow-up and account support
- Track appointments, client activity, and follow-up using CRM tools
- Participate in coaching, sales training, and team development
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and coachable attitude
- Self-motivated and comfortable in a goal-oriented environment
- Coachable and willing to learn
- Able to work independently and manage a daily schedule
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to complete state licensing (guidance provided)
Compensation
- Performance-based with uncapped earning potential + performance bonuses
- Historical first-year average: $42,500 - $89,200+ , depending on performance
