Hybrid Agency : Havas Media New YorkCritical Skills:Efficient, highly detail-oriented, & organizedAbility to multitask, time management skillsWell-versed in Microsoft ExcelCritical thinking skills to be able to dig into dataGood communication skills for both internal and external communicationsWorks well collaboratively as well as independentlyEager and willing to learnWill protect organization's data / information and will keep it confidentialJob Description:Responsibilities:Analyze and code AP invoices in digital workflow for multiple agencies dailyKeep track of missing AP invoices on recurring cost filesMeet with finance leads regularly to chase down missing AP invoicesFollow-up with workflow approvers weekly to ensure AP invoices are approved timelyProcess AP adjustments monthlyBackup for expense report processing & auditingPrepares monthly P&L account detail analysisAssist other team members as needed to achieve monthly deadlinesOther duties as assignedCharacteristics and Qualifications:Accounts Payable 1 year or more experience preferredDemonstrates problem-solving skills & initiativeCommands and fosters an environment of respect and trustDemonstrates adaptability, flexibility, & works well under pressure to meet tight deadlinesEmbodies Havas' valuesContract Type: PermanentHere at Havas across the group we pride ourselves on being committed to offering equal opportunities to all potential employees and have zero tolerance for discrimination.
