Responsibilities The Non – Certified CT Technologist works collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team and is responsible for providing quality images under the direct supervision of a licensed CT Technologist. The Non – Certified CT Technologist works in support of the Radiologist, aiding in the performance of diagnostic and therapeutic procedures. Responsible for processing and transmission of images to PACS. The Non-Certified CT Technologist will complete all required competencies, exams, and didactics that are required to sit for and complete the ARRT CT examination within 6 months of hire. This is a training position in the CT department. The Non-Certified CT Technologist will work under the supervision of the certified CT Technologist until ARRT-CT certification has been obtained. Qualifications One year of acute, clinical radiology experience is preferred. Extensive knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology is required. Radiology state license is required. Current ARRT- RT Certification is required upon hire ARRT- CT Certification obtained within 6 months of hire is preferred. Must possess and maintain BCLS (AHA) upon hire. Proficient computer skills. A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $40.13 to $45.40. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
