Staff Data Analyst
Virtual Vocations Inc
Supporting the growth of the Business Intelligence team, the full-time remote Staff Data Analyst will define analytics strategy, shape KPI frameworks, and utilize SQL to analyze data for executive decision-making and operational excellence in a healthcare context. Key responsibilities Define and drive analytics strategy in partnership with executive leadership Support regulatory reporting needs and ensure alignment across data definitions and reporting structures Develop predictive models and scalable data models to support enterprise-level reporting Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field 7-10 years of professional experience in data analytics, preferably in healthcare or regulated industries Expert-level SQL proficiency and strong experience with Python or R Advanced experience with BI and visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI Strong understanding of healthcare operations and compliance considerations
