Summary Responsible for providing basic administrative support to assigned department and carrying out various administrative responsibilities based on departmental needs. This role will work as a Spanish interpreter for the judges. Pay Range: $9.00 - 13.50 (Depending on qualifications and experience) Essential Duties and Responsibilities Provide administrative and business support as well as data entry. Respond to inquiries from citizens and City personnel via phone, email, or in person, and direct them to appropriate personnel. Prepare and maintain office records, reports, and correspondence. Collect and organize data for projects. Record, transcribe, and distribute various documentation. Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma or G.E.D Two years of related experience. Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Valid Class C Texas driver's license. Proficiency in speaking Spanish.
