Role: CSR 1 - Client Support (Temp)
Pay: $15.00 per hour
Assignment: Remote / Work From Home
Location: Remote
Schedule: Monday - Friday, Hours of Operation between 7:30 AM - 7:30 PM EST (New hires should expect to work the closing shift, 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM EST)
Training Schedule:
•Initial Training: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 4:30 PM for the first 14 business days.
•Nesting Period: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 4:30 PM for 10 business days.

What you'll do:
•Answer incoming calls from consumers, prospective enrollees, and individuals assisting enrollees.
•Provide customer support while following company policies, procedures, and confidentiality standards.
•Track and document all customer inquiries using internal systems.
•Complete assigned tasks according to established guidelines and procedures.
•Meet Quality Assurance (QA) standards and key performance metrics.
•Fulfill requests for materials through mail, email, or download options.
•Transfer or refer callers to the appropriate department or resource when needed.
•Escalate complex calls and unresolved issues to designated staff for resolution.
•Facilitate translation services for non-English-speaking callers following established procedures.
•Attend trainings and meetings and maintain knowledge of programs, policies, and systems.

Requirements:
•High School Diploma or equivalent required.
•0 - 1 year of customer service or related experience.
•Strong communication and documentation skills.
•Ability to accurately track and record customer interactions.
•Ability to meet performance and quality standards.
•Must maintain 100% attendance during training and nesting periods.
•No absences or time-off requests permitted during training.
•Missed training time may result in termination.
• Must have a traditional wired home internet connection (cellular-based providers such as T-Mobile or Verizon Mobile are not permitted).
•Must provide your own computer equipment (BYOD) that meets work-from-home technical requirements .
• Must have a second monitor available.
•Must be on camera throughout the training period.
