This is a pivotal role in ensuring financial integrity, supporting M&A transactions, and enabling sound decision-making at the executive level. Responsibilities Lead financial planning, analysis, and reporting processes. Develop and implement robust internal controls and accounting policies. Manage consolidation of portfolio companies’ financials. Oversee audit, compliance, and tax reporting. Support transaction due diligence and post-deal integration. Provide insights to senior management on financial performance and risk. Qualifications CPA, ACCA, or equivalent certification. 7+ years of experience in finance or accounting, preferably in investment, private equity, or defense industries.
