Talk with customers to set up payment plans on early delinquent accounts and help them get back on track. Answer inbound calls and provide friendly, professional support. Use communication skills and empathy to find fair, personalized solutions. Follow company guidelines to ensure every interaction is handled the right way. What We’re Looking For Excellent communication and negotiation skills; enjoy talking with people and finding solutions. Strong listening skills and a genuine desire to help customers. Thrives in a fast‑paced call center environment where every day is different. Experience and Requirements High School Diploma or GED preferred. Good communication, listening, and problem‑solving skills. Basic to intermediate computer knowledge. Proper grammar and email etiquette. Typist of a minimum of 35 WPM. Ability to work under time constraints and daily deadlines. Good interpersonal skills and teamwork awareness. Willing and able to work a flexible schedule, including evening shifts, overtime, and weekends. Bi‑lingual (Spanish) is welcomed but not required. Auto Collections experience preferred.
