Purpose The Senior Analyst, Contract Management is responsible for driving detailed execution of contracts in support of accounts aligned to SCG Regions for their dedicated business unit. This role provides expertise on handling RFP/RFI submissions, contract authoring, contract implementation, and contract maintenance. They also are responsible for coordinating the contract implementation workflow, identifying potential gaps, recommending solutions, and sharing standard methodologies. Key Responsibilities Lead RFP/RFI process to include gathering required pricing approvals & non-financial information, as well as review and redlines of contract terms and conditions in close coordination with Legal, Deal Desk & field for timely submission. Develop plans for all incoming approvals to include drafting contracts using approved templates and clauses. Ensure development of error proof contract documents, maintaining high attention to details. Work closely with Deal Desk and Field on any discrepancy or gaps in pricing approvals. Form strong, trust-based relationships with Account Management, Franchises, Deal Managers and Contract Strategy. Responsible for contract price activation, including efficient contract set up, ensuring all contract data elements are accurately and consistently entered into appropriate contracting systems. Coordination of price loading where appropriate providing clear and complete price load direction to price load specialists where applicable. Direct workflow across Contract Administration team to ensure flawless execution. Implementation of price changes resulting from contract maintenance activity to include scheduled price increases stipulated in the contract and compliance price adjustments for noncompliant accounts. Generate contract price files, IDN roster maintenance on contracts, creation of member-add letters, and draft amendments. Develop and maintain contract templates in contracting systems in alignment with approved JJMD contract pricing strategies. Maintain assigned SOPs and Work Instructions. Qualifications Required Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree required Minimum 4 years of professional work experience Minimum 2 years of experience in Contracting, Quoting, Pricing or related experience Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to self-manage in a complex, time-sensitive environment Ability to work well in a cross-functional environment, effectively influencing, aligning, and building support across a complex set of collaborators and leadership teams Ability to drive adherence to protocols and business rules Demonstrated ability to understand business products and offerings, strategies, and business objectives Proficiency in MS Word, preferably including track changes and doc compare Requires up to 10% domestic travel Preferred Experience with quoting systems and support tools Sophisticated proficiency with MS Excel including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and standard functions Proficiency in Model N Contract system Additional Skills Collaboration Communication Contract Management Copy Editing Detail‑Oriented Developing Others Give Feedback Inclusive Leadership Leadership Office Administration Problem Solving Regulatory Compliance Sales Enablement Sales Support Sales Terms and Conditions Team Management Tender Management Compensation The anticipated base pay range for this position is : $94,000.00 - $151,800.00 Additional Description For Pay Transparency: Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)). This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s long‑term incentive program.
