The Director Human Resources will lead the Human Resources department for a critical access facility recognized for community-focused care. This influential leader will guide employee relations, recruitment and retention, performance management, regulatory compliance, compensation, benefits, workforce planning, leadership development, and organizational culture initiatives. The Director Human Resources will report to senior executive leadership and serve as a trusted advisor to department leaders across the hospital. Supported by dedicated administrative resources, friendly nurses, engaged managers, and a diverse team of healthcare professionals, the Director Human Resources will oversee day-to-day HR operations while advancing long-term workforce goals. Key responsibilities will include coaching leaders, supporting policy development, monitoring labor and employment requirements, improving hiring processes, promoting employee engagement, and fostering a respectful, inclusive, and accountable work environment.
