What you'll be doing Knock pre-mapped neighborhoods daily, qualify homeowners, and book inspections Run the full discovery-to-close cycle on appointments you set or are assigned Run in-home estimates and present quotes that win on value, not just price Bring back field intel — objections, pricing pressure, competitor activity — to weekly team huddle What success looks like Day 30: Through onboarding, first commission cleared, hitting daily activity targets Month 6: Holding steady close rate and a full pipeline of self-gen plus assigned leads Year 1: Sitting in the top quartile of the team and being considered for leadership track Who we're looking for Coachable.
