We are looking for an enthusiastic, upbeat, and motivated Treatment Coordinator to join our growing dental team! If you love working with people and providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment, we’d love to meet you.
Position: Treatment CoordinatorSchedule: Part-Time (with potential to transition to Full-Time)
Requirements:
- Bilingual – English/Spanish (fluent)
- Dental office experience is required
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Positive attitude, professional appearance, and strong work ethic
- Ability to explain treatment plans clearly and confidently
- Presenting and coordinating dental treatment plans
- Communicating effectively with patients regarding procedures, scheduling, and finances
- Providing outstanding customer service and patient support
- Working closely with the dental team to ensure a smooth patient experience
- Training and support to help you succeed in the role
- Friendly, team-oriented work environment
- Opportunity for growth into a full-time position
