Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new business leads via phone, email, and networking
• Qualify potential clients and identify business needs
• Schedule meetings or product demos for senior sales representatives
• Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM software
• Build and maintain relationships with business clients
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a competitive, goal-oriented mindset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills (CRM experience is a plus)
• Previous customer service or sales experience is a bonus but not required

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary + uncapped commission
• On-target earnings: $55,000 – $80,000+ annually
