Proposal Specialist

Our client, a large, nationally recognized AEC firm, based in Orange County, is seeking a Proposal Lead to join their Business Development and Marketing team. This role is ideal for a highly organized, strategic, and creative professional who enjoys managing pursuit efforts and producing compelling proposals, presentations, and marketing materials within the fast-paced AEC world. NOTE Fully Onsite in Central Orange County - Hybrid or Remote Not available 5+ years of relevant experience required – no recent graduates please AEC industry experience strongly preferred Visa sponsorship is not available

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead RFQs, RFPs, interview presentations, and pursuit submissions Coordinate schedules, deadlines, kickoff meetings, and deliverables Develop proposal strategy, messaging, and content with leadership and design teams Write, edit, and assemble high-quality proposal and presentation materials Partner with marketing and graphic teams to create polished submissions Maintain project sheets, resumes, and marketing collateral databases Monitor industry portals and identify new project opportunities Coordinate with consultants and teaming partners during pursuits

WHAT YOU BRING

Bachelor’s in Marketing, Communications, Business, Architecture, or related field 5+ years of proposal coordination, marketing, or business development experience Prior experience in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or related industries preferred Strong writing and editing — translating technical info into compelling narratives Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign Familiarity with OpenAsset, Mailchimp, LinkedIn, and related marketing platforms preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr Ensis Corp
