Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Hold a current SLPA license
• Previous experience in a school-based setting is highly preferred
• Comfort working with elementary-age students
• Strong communication and organizational abilities
• Enthusiasm for working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
• Ability to manage a caseload of 60-80 students effectively
• Skilled in conducting evaluations, participating in ARDs, and providing direct therapy

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech-language therapy to students in accordance with IEP goals and district protocols
• Administer and document student evaluations
• Actively participate in Admission, Review, and Dismissal (ARD) meetings as part of the student support process
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and session notes
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to maximize student communication outcomes
• Commit to onsite service for the full school year, supporting students’ growth and development
