With a workload of 60-80 students, your expertise will help foster positive outcomes during evaluations, ARDs, and ongoing therapy sessions throughout the academic year.

Qualifications:

• Current and active SLPA license is required
• Previous experience working in school settings or with children preferred
• Familiarity with therapy documentation and IEP processes
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work onsite, engaging directly with students and educational teams
• Organizational skills and attention to detail for managing caseload and paperwork
• Commitment to ethical and effective therapy practices

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech and language therapy for students on an elementary campus
• Support evaluations and participate in ARD meetings, collaborating with other professionals
• Document student progress and maintain timely records to meet district and regulatory standards
• Adapt interventions and strategies to diverse student needs
• Communicate regularly with teachers, staff, and families to support student success
• Assist in developing and refining individualized education plans (IEPs) with supervising SLPs
