Experienced Commercial Lender

We are seeking a seasoned lender with an established book of business to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring strong client relationships, proven lending experience, and the ability to generate meaningful loan and deposit growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow an existing portfolio of commercial lending relationships.
• Bring and develop a book of business generating approximately $8–10 million in loans .
• Support deposit growth with an expected contribution of approximately $3–4 million in deposits .
• Originate, structure, and manage commercial loans in accordance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with business owners, professionals, and centers of influence.
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling banking products and services.
• Monitor portfolio performance, credit quality, and client needs.
• Collaborate with credit, underwriting, operations, and senior leadership to ensure a smooth client experience.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a commercial lender, business banker, or relationship manager.
• Established book of business and strong local market relationships.
• Demonstrated ability to generate loan and deposit growth.
• Strong knowledge of commercial credit, lending products, underwriting, and portfolio management.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and business development skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to team goals.
• Community banking or regional banking experience preferred.
