Overview

Planning Manager with a defense, aerospace, or complex manufacturing background.

Lead material planning, production planning and master scheduling
Oversee material requirements, purchase requisitions and shop order execution
Optimize inventory, material availability, production schedules and customer delivery
Drive planning processes, performance metrics and operational improvements
Support NPI, make/buy decisions, production capacity and obsolescence planning
Lead and develop the planning organization

Qualifications

BA/BS Degree
Active Secret Clearance (or eligible for one)
5+ years of planning, supply chain or related manufacturing experience
Leadership experience managing planners, schedulers or related teams
Strong defense, aerospace or complex manufacturing background
DoD, ITAR, EAR, FAR and DFARS experience
Bonus: Deltek CostPoint or similar
