Qualifications Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution. Continuing education or additional certifications are welcomed and encouraged. Certifications Required Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license. NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory.
