Virtual Vocations Inc
Detail-oriented and organized, the full-time Claims Examiner will review and process annuity death claims and income-related transactions while maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely customer payments, with a hybrid work arrangement requiring onsite presence about two days a month. Key responsibilities Review and process annuity claim and life insurance transactions and related documentation Verify claim requirements and supporting documentation while maintaining compliance with company policies Update and maintain claim records within company systems and prepare customer correspondence Required qualifications Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple work items while adhering to established procedures Experience in claims processing or a related field Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the insurance or banking industry Proficiency in using company systems for record-keeping and documentation
