Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions tailored to the unique needs of clients, employing evidence-based practices to drive treatment progress.

• Implement crisis intervention strategies effectively, providing immediate support to patients experiencing acute mental health challenges.

• Develop and maintain comprehensive case documentation, including progress notes, individualized treatment plans, and intake assessments that accurately reflect patient progress and inform future interventions.

• Utilize assessment tools to collect and analyze patient data, monitoring treatment outcomes and adjusting interventions as necessary to optimize care.

• Facilitate referrals to community resources and services as part of a broader support strategy for clients in need of supplementary support.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our LCSW will mainly work with adults and adolescents facing a wide array of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related disorders, and adjustment issues. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
